'I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

'Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. 'Lovely property. Would suggest a small sofa or love seat in the TV room. Was a little awkward to snuggle into the chairs to relax and watch some Netflix. '

'Our stay was excellent. The complex is right on the beach and the view of the ocean is breathtaking (we even saw a large pod of dolphins). This unit, in particular, is especially cozy: the beds and chairs (even in the dining room) are comfortable, the kitchen has been conveniently set up with all the appliances, chinaware and utensils that we need and the television systems are more than ample. Jason and Melissa were also very attentive and responsive.'

'Was exactly as advertised. Wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. owner extremely responsive. Only suggestions would be a better lighted key pad, light switches in unit should be labeled and maybe more detailed instructions for heating/ ac units. Overall a wonderful stay in a comfortable well stocked apartment.'

'Despite it being winter, we had a fabulous stay at the beach while we visited family near by. Beautiful to see the beach covered with white snow as we lounged on the comfortable couches with fireplace going. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Most boardwalk tires closed but still nice to walk and check them out. Property manager couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond. Hope to come back and stay here again.'

'The room was a comfortable size for me and my wife, we will never forget the view of the sun rising over the ocean the first day we woke up. Some of the room could use some updates, such as the oven, but me and my wife never cooked while here so that wasnt an issue.'

'The location is ideal for traveling to several towns in the area. We did find the sleeper sofa unusable (blocked the exit too much) and the kitchenette was lacking a few expected items. However, the unit was fantastic made for a great family vacation spot. We shall return.'
