'When we got there they were closed and out of business. Why didn't Expedia know that. I will never use Expedia again '

'We would have liked an earlier check in but they had issues and couldn’t accommodate us, but that’s understandable. The room was comfortable and clean, the a/c worked well and we were comfortable, and the coffee was very good. I would stay again. '

'Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. '
