'The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again '

'My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

'25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees). The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required. The room and hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It really requires a deep clean. Although it doesn't smell. The hotel served its purpose. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about but again served its purpose. Some of the views from the hotel look over the nearby slum. This didn't not make...
