'The property and house were beautiful, however, it was advertised as four bedrooms. I assumed that all four bedrooms would be heated, but the one in the basement did not have heat. This would be an amazing summer rental, but the bedroom in the basement could not be utilized and people had to sleep on the couch upstairs where there was heat '

'This is such a great home and it has the most spectacular views you can imagine! A massive stone fireplace is the main attraction of the family room, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the mountains are the star though. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were a big hit, plus an addition double bunk room. Plenty of space for 2 families and plenty of parking. We'll be back!'

'Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

'We had a quick overnight stay at this new and very pretty suite. Everything was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!'

'This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze.'

'We stayed two nights for a wedding in the area and this was a great stay. The house was clean, recent updates all around, comfortable, fully functional with cute kitchen, laundry and a mud room that could be a great asset in the winter. Everyone enjoyed the bonus outdoor shower! Also our dog was welcome! '

'Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced.'
