'There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. I used the mix to cover the thick layer of ice. Very surprised they wouldn’t chip or make an effort to remove it. It’s almost as if they are saying here do it yourself so I...

'Great, old fashioned hotel with a family feel. However, the walls are so thin...I woke up at 1 a.m. to a noisy group arriving and they kept me up for 2 hours as they stomped around above me in their room. If you go, bring earplugs and a noise machine!'
