'Sally's condo is thoughtfully decorated, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The beds are great and the condo's location makes it easy to travel into the plaza or to head north for other adventures. It is by far the best accommodation we have found in Santa Fe and we look forward to returning.'

'Charming little house, spacious and comfortable. Great location for the river walk to downtown. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood, covered off-street parking, hot tub, and fenced yard for our dogs. Kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. Host was responsive via text message. '

'We loved visiting Santa Fe. This house was a great location for all the spots we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive to a message asking about us getting there a little early. The bedrooms however didn’t work for 7 elderly women. The bunk bedroom would work better for children. Also the living room seating wasn’t enough for 7 adults. In general the space wasn’t roomy enough for our group. '

'We absolutely adored this home. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. '

'Spent so much quality time in Living room by Kiva fireplace, wonderful kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast, serve up happy hour, etc! Really a great place for 2 couples to enjoy Santa Fe, walkable to plaza and easy drive to everything!'

'This is a very reasonable location to stay in Santa Fe. Narrow street and tight parking, but cozy accommodations in older part of town. It was cold a night, but the gas heater kept us warm. Queen bed in the front room and only one chair there for sitting. Large bathroom with electric heater if needed. Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. We will be back.'

'Amazing location, clean and well equipped. John is the perfect host. We enjoyed the sauna and dark skies. Walked the neighborhood and appreciated the close proximity to downtown Santa Fe. '

'We stayed at this property with friends for a weekend getaway. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of thoughtful details. You can’t beat this location! Walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!'

'The South Capitol Condo was great. Perfect space and location. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. We loved the 2 bedroom layout and the condo compound had 2 parking spaces. Diane communicated with me the entire time leading up to our stay and was very helpful. We would stay there again in a minute. '

'Wonderful - pictures don’t do it justice! A kitchen that had everything you needed (even had all drawers and shelves labeled!), beautiful main living room with incredible picture window overlooking gorgeous mountain vista, and a huge game room with huge “theater style” big screen TV, plus game table, pool/ping pong table.
