'Very unsafe. The place is above a garage like a beach house and when first going there the stairs are loose and rotting and railing is loose as well. When getting inside the floors feeling like they are going to fall in and have my soft vertigo and I started to get dizzy and I don't have it. It really was bad! Then we inspected below the garage and you can see a horrible fix where the floors did fall through! Also my soft could see me walking through the place. That is how thin the floors are!...
