'The hotel is so big and beautiful inside!! One of the days it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the lush greenery and just sit and read a book. There were a few benches but outside of the lobby no comfortable chairs to relax and read. So if you are the grandmother waiting on the kids to enjoy “Sound Waves,” good luck finding a sweet spot to chill and wait!'

'Great hotel and really convenient for jumping off the plane , dropping your bags and grabbing an uber straight to Broadway. The staff are excellent , the beds are super comfy and the transfer guys are fab. The hotel is having some refurb work done currently but it had no impact for us and a refresh is welcome. '

'Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! '
