'Great value'

'The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. It was a pricey stay but it was my birthday and a special occasion. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience everything. We were there for a Grand Ole Opry concert and shuttle service was...

'The only complaint I have was I wish I had known about a 100$ accident fee. This was my first time booking a hotel for myself as an adult and I was a little stunned when I got to the front desk and was told about this. They refund this money back to you, but I was again not prepared for that because no where on my booking was that mentioned :( '

'Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! '

'The place was great. Was surprised about the $20/day parking. I think if it was upfront on site with available parking when you look at it, you then are aware of the fee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.'
