'I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. The 420 House is also located on a very quiet alleyway that is literally 15-20 minutes to Downtown, in good traffic, as with any city there can be delays. Also if you walk the...

'Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived.'

'The PARKROYAL Suites - one bedroom suite is very spacious and lots of room for your liking. It fairly modern that comes with two large TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. 'There is nothing wrong with property itself - nice staff, good rooms, may be only negative point is pressure and temperature in the shower. There is one huge problem - location! You wont be able to sleep without earplugs as its surrounded by clubs. And on some nights everything will be vibrating from the sound, so you wont sleep even with ear plugs. its a shame really, as I said hotel is pretty good actually.'

Really worth it's 5* rating.

"My first time in a real 5 star hotel. Beautiful decor, excellent service. Personal contact by staff. The room was prepared for the night when we returned for the night, the so-called turndown service. An issue I created was resolved instantly. My **** for comfort are related to the architecture with a bit too many uneven walkways and ''mind your step'' signs."
