'The property is large with lots to do! It’s a great place to bring the kids but there were all ages there. Something for everyone. The property is very clean but is showing its age. It’s seems to be lacking a “polish”. All the staff were good but the super smiles and happiness seemed to missing. Just comparing to other resorts we’ve been to. The beds were hard with scratchy linen. They tried placing an extra comforter under the sheets to make it softer. It helped a bit. Pillows were very soft....

'We stayed for 7 nights at the end of December 2024 and had a great time. They had just reopened after the remodel so there were little hiccups along the way (like forgetting to put out the butter-again nothing extreme just little things) but nothing that affected our stay in a negative way. We got brand new towels, fresh paint, new beds and bedding, clean rooms and plenty of food to eat. The waterpark was great for my kiddos and I loved the slides myself. Hands down-the staff was the best part....

'Before we arrived at the hotel, we received a form to fill out with all our details. A few days before our arrival, we were required to check in online to avoid waiting at the hotel. However, on the day of our arrival, we still had to wait about half an hour to check in again. In the meantime, I was browsing a shop in the hotel and accidentally dropped a magnet, which I had to pay for—it cost around 260 pesos. There was no elevator.
