'We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Om de dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe koffie, flesjes water en handdoeken. Mijns inziens was het personeel niet altijd even open en vriendelijk. Verder was het een prettige plek om New York te verkennen. Een aanrader. '

'We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Times Square, Central Park and a lot of other nice spots. The room was tidy and clean and the people were friendly. No restaurant but more than enough deli’s and diners around the block. The only thing was the loudness of the aircon but staff provided an alternative. '

'This place is a rare little nugget hidden in a big maze. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and would recommend to anyone for their first trip to New York. So central, great value for money, quiet, a lot of space - it was all so good'

'Not what you might expect from a 5 star hotel. Lots of stains on the carpet and sofa. Also celebrated my birthday during our 12 nights stay and mentioned this to the reception because I needed a vase for flowers received from family. The flowers were not brought to our room and it was very difficult for the staff to find a vase. A note acknowledging my birthday would have been nice. During our stay only 4 hotel staff members were great but the overall experience was not that of a 5 star hotel. '
