'Newly remodeled, everything was new and clean, kitchen could use a few more generally expected utensils. Washer/dryer unit in bathroom a bit noisy and could hear neighbors washer/dryer but generally quiet residence, plenty of windows to include in the bathroom. Firm mattress if you like that, good ceiling fans AC unit, nice side yard and grille (did not use). Street parking, quiet area for the most part, walking distance to Adams Ave.'

'Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...
