'Great place for a family vacation. Our only issue was the maid service opening our door with the do not disturb sign posted. There was no reason for her do to this. '

'Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. Suite was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was great; like 10 minutes to Dollywood and 30ish minutes to Smoky Mtn...

'The waterpark was great, shuttle to amd from the mall was perfect. The breakfast was basically continental with microwave sasuage patties and powdered eggs. We didnt eat there after the first day, but ihop is within walking distance. '

'My room was clean but rusted hinges in bathroom, peeling wallpaper gave a dated look. Property is nice and landscaping kept up, jogging trail could be refinished, again dated/old looking. '

'Cleaning was outstanding just a well as my Lake view!! Me &!my kids had a blast on the lake with the free amenities such fun I tell 9/10 great first experience for us!!!'

'Great place to stay!! Conveniently located. You forget you’re in the city once at the resort. Super friendly staff with a bunch of things to do for the kids and golf was fun. Course under repair but still fun. My daughter left her pillow there and staff walked to the entry gate to leave with the security guard there for us to pick up. If we ever go back to SA, we definitely will stay here! '

'We loved the mini golfing! After we returned from eating we asked at the front desk if there were lights at the mini-golf area. He found the lights and when we walked out there he had a broom and took the time to sweep off all of the leaves from the holes…in the dark! They were so very friendly and accommodating! We loved it here! '
