'The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. '

'When we arrived, the apartment was very warm inside. We attributed this to the heatwave that the Lake Como was experiencing and turned the air conditioner on. When the temperature remained around 35 celcius, I realized that someone had left the wall radiator heater on. I turned this off and the temperature still remained high.
