'부모님 칠순 여행으로 3대가 함께 3일 머물렀습니다. (총10명) 자유여행으로 갔는데 담당 직원과 카톡으로 소통도 잘 되고 여행 관련 애로사항도 잘 해결해주고 좋네요.(티켓, 차량, 배달 등등...물어보면 거의 다 해결해줬어요.) 숙소에 있는 풀장도 깨끗하고 해변가에 있는 공용풀장도 좋고 해변가도 가깝고... 무엇보다 아침마다 직원 2명이 와서 차려주는 조식이 편하고 좋네요. 맛은 보통인데..차려주고 다 먹으면 치워주니 너무 편해요. 숙소 시설은 연식이 있어 좀 낡은 느낌은 있지만 지내는데 불편할 정도는 아닌 것 같고... 숙소가 외진 곳에 있어서 미리 배달이나 마트에서 쇼핑을 해야지 좀 편할 것 같습니다. 10명 이상이 머물기에는 참 좋은 것 같습니다. 날씨가 좀 더 더워지면 또 한 번 머무르고 싶어요~ '

'Never get my rooms. I spent 2 days back and forth and and no room so Expedia relocated me to the worst hotel ever. Not clean, bugs bite, not hot water and bedbugs bite. My family have the worst experience in Da Nang'

'Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay. '

'Great hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Good to have a pool for when its too hot/late for the beach. Close to all the restaurants but one of the best breakfasts we've had on the whole trip. Highly recommended. '

'Great, Villa was great with poor we are group of 8 and luckily occupied the whole villa. Breakfast was cooked freshly in the morning at your desired time at the villa kitchen by the host with several style you can choose when check in. We can also check in earlier’'

'We very much enjoyed our stay! Rose and the other hotel staff are so welcoming and attentive, and made us feel at home. We are traveling through Vietnam for our honeymoon and they helped make this trip so special for us with an extra warm welcome and great recommendations for shops and activities. The hotel is very charming. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view overlooking rice paddies. We were far enough away from old town that it wasn’t super loud, but in a safe neighborhood...
