'We were traveling with 5 of our adult children. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood clubhouse is a plus. The neighborhood is gorgeous and is convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again. '

'Two families stayed here, each with 3 kids. This place was big enough for all 10 of us and more. Not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes. The pool was used and warm every day. Hot tub was great at night for adults to unwind. When our flight was delayed and we had a longer wait to leave Orlando, Sabin allowed us to check out later. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend!!'

'The home owner and I communicated through questions I had prior to the booking and she was very quick to respond with the answers required. I additionally had communication with the property manager who was just as wonderful. The home is everything and more than the pictures show. We have rented in this complex in the past and have not stayed in a place that felt quite as “at home” as this one did. We will plan to stay here again in the future.'

'The house was perfect for our family of 10. It could definitely use a deep cleaning. Our biggest complaints… water pressure was horrible. It took almost 10 minutes to fill the kitchen sink. Hot water was limited. (Which doesn’t make sense for a house of this size.). The mattresses need replaced. Very uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the management company. 'We had a great stay for four nights. We had 20 of us and had plenty of room. Also, loved the resort and closeness of it. The only negative was loud neighbors but not much the owner could have done about that.'
