'Decor was good alternative to blandness of most hotels and motels. Location in Chapel Hill is excellent. Heating unit is totally inadequate for all but balmy weather. Immaculately clean. No change of sheets or towels during our 5 day stay. Square footage is generous. '

There was a family staying in the main house but they were very quiet. '
