When reading others’ reviews, I want to know if they would rent again. The answer is yes. -great location, walkable to food, both stadiums, pharmacy. - pools, workout room, and golf simulator Just note: -next to train track and they mostly quietly running all day and through the night. -bare minimum of kitchen wares. We used paper instead of washing all the time. -bring beach towels Place was clean but worn.

The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much furniture to sear all guests in living room. Otherwise property had amazing amenities and location was perfect for concert and walkable bars and restaurants.

Awesome Stay!
Chris was a fantastic host who was accommodating and responsive every time I reached out. The apartment was pristine! The amenities are amazing, beds are comfortable, and it is definitely conveniently located (walking distance) to restaurants, nightlife, Harris Teeter, CVS, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly book again!
