'I stayed for a night with my wife to celebrate her birthday, and this beautiful property and space did not disappoint. We were greeted upon parking by two majestic dogs, followed by a gorgeous snowy walk down to the treehouse where we saw the lovely features of the property; a barn shop, an arch and seating for a wedding, a quaint dance hall and a fire pit. 'The main floor is laid out well and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of workspace. We were worried about having space to eat, but were able to fit the 5 of us around the table with no issues. As described the stairs both inside and out are “interesting” but we didn’t have any issues. It was extremely cold and rainy when we arrived but the stairs had been cleared as well as possible and there was plenty of ice melt for us to use the next day when the weather cleared. 'As advertised, spacious house has everything! Very prompt property owner. We all enjoyed our stay ! '

'Property was very nice... everything new and freshly renovated with some nice guest-oriented touches...very quiet and private lot, but the bathroom and bed situation not ideal for a large crowd of mixed ages and sexes. Only one bathroom upstairs with so many people staying upstairs not the best layout and there were not any top sheets on the beds...only bottom sheets. Not great as some people do not want a bedspread near their face if it doesn't get washed after every stay.'

'This was a convenient location, close to everything we needed. We were up there due to family members passing so to find a place other than a hotel, that fit my whole family was great. We would definitely use you again, hopefully on a better occasion. The extra blankets were a plus!'

Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

'The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer.'
