'On multiple fronts a horrible stay, we stayed here for one night before a flight. When we checked in everything seemed fine. The room, a suite, looked very nice upon first glance. After unpacking and trying the swimming pool (pool was rather cold and the jacuzzi was too hot) we noticed our room had a very loud and unacceptable noise in it. 'This was a great place to begin to unwind at the start of our trip to the Galapagos and then Peru. Many birds around the grounds, trails to hike (with more birds to see), and lovely facilities. Helpful friendly staff, too.'

Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n). Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel... Locatie ten aanzien van et vliegveld is wel perfect'

'Booked hotel to rest after returning from Galapagos. Before leaving for 3AM flight. $15.00 taxi ride from airport easy check-in. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer'

The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌'
