'It was literally one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had, the views, atmosphere, service, the hotel itself, the pool… all incredible. Because it was our first time in Jeju they even upgraded our room. 10/10, would recommend! Thank you so much!😍'

'The room was large and comfortable, but the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms was uncomfortable. However, it got better because the hotel provided an air purifier.'

'아주 만족한 방입니다. 좌측으로 바다가 보이고 밤다바가 보이면 가까운 마트가 있고 방안에는 괘적한 공간으로 되어 상당히 좋았음. 다시한번 머물고 싶은곳. 조금 아쉽다면 아침식사 7시라 6시30분으로 변경되면 좋을듯싶다'

'Great room, bathroom could be better finished with the tap in the shower moving around. The beach view is wonderful and filming sunset was amazing on the pier in front of the hotel. As my curtains was broken I asked them to look into it, before I could return it was fixed. Overall a great place to stay, only the aircraft taking off were slightly annoying but they stop at 2230.'

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

' 매년 찾아가는 너무 좋아하는 호텔 입니다. 뷰도좋고 거리도 좋고 크기도 좋고 특히 루프탑은 저한텐 완벽한 호텔이네요. 룸 서비스가 없어져서 아쉬워요. 한국분들이 좀 더 많이와서 룸서비스가 다시 생기면 좋겠네요. :) '
