'had thanksgiving gathering with this house and it was an wonderful experience. the pool was fantastic and the house it's self was comfortable with all the towels and blankets on those cold winter days highly recommend for family gatherings and fun thank you host for having such a great place '

'Perfect for our family. My only wish is we had access to a ktichen. But we did have a microwave, mini fridge and a sink with set of dishes. Plus oatmeal, snackes, seltzer and so many tea options. '

'We loved our stay here. My daughter (16) said she wanted to live here within 5 minutes of arriving! A distinctive layout, with lots of windows and a great view; all rooms are beautifully upkept, well appointed and comfortable; and the amazing bike trail is literally outside the front door. We also really like Kendall Yards - great selection of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We'll be back for sure! '

'The house was perfect for us. Comfortable rooms and great common areas. Covered off street parking is really nice. Charming neighborhood with great views and fun places to eat and shop. It’s our second stay and we will definitely be back. '

'This lovely little spot in South Perry is like having your own apartment in a darling, walkable Spokane neighborhood. We included our dogs this time, and they felt right at home too. Love this great find!'

'I stayed here with my Son and Daughter-in-law, my experience was a wonderful one. The cottage is very charming, very clean, and cozy. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating and enjoyed when they hung out with us at the pool. This is a 10 out of 10 top notch place in my opinion, and I will be returning in the future. 🥰❤️'

Make sure you review the rules first(I did) just really odd things that aren’t normally requested like a copy of your ID, names of everyone staying AND ANYONE who may possibly set foot on the property, plus a separate contract that has to be sent in. I would be less likely to book this again over one with rules that are more common. '

'Visited for a long weekend with family. The house was as advertised and much more. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, tissue boxes in each room, lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Location is close to restaurants, retail and more. Safe, comfortable neighborhood. Love this place.'

'This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). This space was a good option for us as it includes access to a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer), washer/dryer, and lots of games! It was difficult to actually play pool in the "secret" room because of limited...

'Four families with kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years stayed at the house for a wrestling tournament at the Podium. Each king bedroom was large and comfy. The bunk room was massive and a family of 5 slept in there comfortably. The game room and theater were a huge hit for the kids. The beautiful kitchen with large island was a perfect gathering place for the adults while the kids played downstairs. The hosts provided extra toiletries in case yours were forgotten and welcome snacks....

'House was amazing tons of beds and enough restrooms for all our family absolutely zero complaints. House was clean and ready for our big family. Was a great way for everyone flying in for my sons wedding to have a nice place to stay plenty of cooking utensils and pans everything we needed for sure '

'We were in town for a family funeral and decided to stay with our children, spouses and granddaughter. This property was very centrally located to all our activities and we were delighted to find this property in a wonderful neighborhood! We took a couple walks and felt safe and welcome. There was a great little old school video game machine that or boys sure enjoyed exploring. All in all we had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend!! '

'Amazing house and location. Great yard to sit and watch the sunset and activity on the lake. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Perfect spot for the two of us and the dogs. Kelly was great and very helpful. Hope to return!!'

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
