'We stayed in Hamilton for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. The location is convenient to get to surrounding areas but also private enough to feel like a vacation. The house is great and furnished nicely. Loved walking around the pond with our dog and saying hi to the nearby horse. Sunsets were beautiful over the pond. The house was very cold in some areas, but that was probably because we stayed on the coldest night of the year. Would love to stay during summer to use the pool.'

'This house is in a great spot, close to everything but with the charm of a quiet suburban neighborhood. The house is nice and everything was as advertised. The proximity to the metro makes it super convenient to take a trip over into DC. The host was super friendly and very responsive to all communication. '

'Note: "Pet Friendly" only extends to dogs under 20 pounds. The park trails along the Potomac were its best feature. They start just a very short walk from the front door. The house worked out very well for us. It was sparsely furnished and some elements were slightly shabby, but it was fine as we were most interested in getting together. It was excellent value for the many bedrooms. Just don't expect a mansion. '

'We are a group of 5 women and needed a place for a business retreat that was spacious and comfortable. We were very happy with this property. Plenty of space for our meetings and a private bedroom and bath for each women. Kitchen is well stocked and good restaurants nearby. Very clean house. Comfortable bedding. '

The location is convenient to the Berkeley Springs warm springs spa amenities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rest of our pleasant weekend was spent in the cabin, cooking up meals in the well equipped kitchen and catching up with old friends by the wood stove. The property is scenic and peaceful. 'We spent a thanksgiving at the farm and it was great. The animals are fun to feed and the house had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked as well.'
