'It’s a great location to Great Lakes navy grad. I was impressed that they supplied trash bags and paper products. One room looked to be an addition, it got a little cold. Heaters were provided tho. I didn’t like not having access codes til I was in Chicago and trying to reach owners. All in all, it was great. '

'I wish we came across this property 4 years ago when we dropped off our daughter at the UofC campus. Location is amazing, 7 minutes walk to the campus. The house is spacious and accommodates a large group of people. Very clean and what was really appreciated it was so well stocked - nice shampoos and lotions in all bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, a welcome bottle of bubbly wine from the hosts. 'We stayed here when our daughter graduated from the Navy. House is as described and sticked/furnished with all you need or would expect. House was clean. Neighborhood seemed a little "sketchy" but we had zero issues or concerns while we were there. If you are coming for a Navy graduation location is good. Less than 10 mintues to base except on graduatiin morning. Traffic is horrendous but were still able to get from home and in our seats in less than 90 minutes. Would recommend and stay again'

'Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. '

"Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. "

"Nice hotel, very well located. Couple of Restaurants near the hotel. 2 min walk to the Grant Park. Would be wonderful with breakfast options and maybe modernize some rooms. Would recommend to stay here, it is nice and clean hotel."
