'The front desk was very welcoming, but the rooms were not set up for comfort. It was New Year’s Eve and well below freezing and they didn’t have a single extra blanket in the room. The beds had a sheet a thin quilt. I froze all night and the in room coffee was terrible even for hotel coffee.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Westmark in Sitka! The hotel was comfortable with plenty of amenities. The location was great for accessing shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing adventures. We ate in the restaurant also and really enjoyed the food. My partner and I had to work on this trip but found private office space to remotely attend a meeting. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions. One thing that was a bit too much for us was the use of strong-smelling cleaning supplies...

'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. 'The building could use some freshening up but overall it was a great experience. The location was very convenient to downtown shopping and the views of the water were breathtaking in the evening. Plenty of room for people to sleep and hangout. Would definitely recommend. '
