'Great customer service as we checked in, she was super polite and very helpful. Room smelled clean. Breakfast included which is a plus but the bagels were hard like if they were old and another minus point is the walls are super thin you coud hear everything!!! Someone was vacuuming at 10pm! 'We are at the corner room where the staircase blocking the view. Recommend if you are getting room, avoid room 302, 202, etc. as the view of the ocean is blocked. Otherwise, everything is as expected.'

'After walking past it many times, this was our first time staying at the Intercontinental. It was super convenient with a child to be so close to so much. The only issues we had with our stay were very minor. Our room had a patio and since it's dog friendly, there was a used dog poop bag left out there as well as a good amount of dog poop smeared on the ground still. 'We had a really wonderful stay here for our anniversary weekend. We arrived a little before check in and were grateful they were able let us into our room early. These rooms are huge! It's almost like having your own little suite, complete with a little backyard patio area. There was also a full tub which is always appreciated since I love a good soak. Definitely more than just a nice place to rest our heads, this was a cozy place to call home for the weekend. We ventured off campus quite a bit...
