'In Gainesville for a thirty-five year reunion with fraternity brothers. Eight of us stayed at the property, and enjoyed separate bedrooms and six bathrooms. Love the layout. Property in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from campus. Looking forward to future reunions and hope to be able to secure this place again.'

'The neighborhood looks a little scary but it is actually quiet and there were no issues. The inside is so cozy and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. You can tell the host really cares about the property and guests. I would 100% stay there again!! '

'My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with.'

'We had a golf tournament nearby. The house was perfect for proximity. Steve has truly thought through so many details, it made it so easy to get in, quickly get settled, and truly enjoy ourselves. Even the little things are so well thought through, from light switches being labeled to having a Keurig machine, to managing the temperature, and on and on and on. '

'Kelly was by far the best host ever at helping and taking care of anything and really showed she cared about our stay and us being comfortable as possible because we were running from a cat 4 Hurricane very quiet neighborhood and peaceful and relaxing house couldn’t ask for a better place to stay would highly recommend staying at one of her properties definitely need way more hosts like her thank you Kelly for a awesome experience 😁😁😁'

'This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. '
