'The receptionist Lisa was amazing, we check in no problem even with our doggie. She even had some free ice skating tickets for our family of 5 to go iceskating to the park nearby at the park, the food and the room was good, it had a door to separate the room from the living room to have privacy from the kiddos. We will definally come back great price, location and amazing staff :) '

'We stayed at this hotel for our Honeymoon, and they made our stay fabulous!!! Especially a big thank you to Seungbum Hong who made this honeymoon a complete dream. The staff was amazing and very friendly! Great room, delicious food and perfect setting. The breakfast was very good! 20min drive from Seattle center. We totally loved our stay here!! 'This was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, clean, and incredibly accommodating. The staff truly went above and beyond for us. I asked to move to an upstairs room due to noise, and they made it happen immediately. They even walked to my room late at night to bring new keys and helped move us through several rooms until we found the perfect one. I spoke with three different guest service staff members, and every single one of them...
