"Erg hoog bed wat lastig is voor kleinere mensen. Ik ben 1,65 m maar ik moest er op klimmen. Ze bieden simpel ontbijt aan voor 5 dollar pp. Je krijgt dan drie soorten fruit en een selectie van donuts en verschillende bladerdeeg waren. "

"Fantastisch hotel voor een verblijf met je gezin in San Francisco. Prima locatie in een veilige buurt op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden. Ook bushalte bijna voor de deur. Ook hebben we genoten van het zwembad en prima ruime parkeergarage. We zouden hier zo terugkomen bij een volgend bezoek aan deze fantastische stad"

"Prachtig historisch hotel midden in het centrum, aan de rand van Union Square. We verbleven 1 nacht en dit was heerlijk om even het centrum van San Francisco te verkennen. Het is een oud hotel dus dat merk je aan de accommodatie. Maar goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. "

I did not enjoy our daily breakfastand was very stressfull asBreakfast was included but hadextra charges for like cappuccino 9 dollar or any item above 19 dollar we had to pay for the entire entree. So we got a bill every time afterbreakfast I"

"It’s a dated place with a horrible breakfast. Go here if you need a low cost night before a flight, but I would not recommend a longer stay. The bathroom flooded due to the setup of the shower and you can see a lot of water damage throughout the room. This hotel needs a refurbishment. The breakfast was awful. Single use plastic throughout and the ‘warm’ meals like eggs, bacon and sausage were not warm at all. The people who worked there were lovely, this is not an indictment on them, but rather on the state of the place itself. "
