'We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Lazy Bear Cottage. It was just perfect. The owners were so friendly and quick to respond to questions. They even offered us an early check-in. We LOVED the goats, chickens, and turkeys. The grounds are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Stay was nice, we were in town for a wedding. The cottage worked great for us and our two dogs. I loved all the room that was available outside for them. No complaints about the cottage itself. Worked perfect for what we needed. We grilled and used the stove. Only thing I have to say was the spider webs that had spiders in them in the cottage. I brushed the webs down and killed the spiders myself but they were in the shower and the room. And there was a wasp in the bedroom. The cottage could use...

'Very nice host. Place was clean. Tucked away in a quiet beautiful wooded lot with a lake view! So relaxing. We went hiking but I could have sat there all day and read a book. '

'Clean and very comfortable accommodations. Close to town and easy driving access to local restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the stay and everything worked well. Any thing less than a top rating would not do the place justice. "Well stocked, modern utensils and appliances." Comfortable beds, great porch with picnic table with outside grill. There is a very nice fire pit, but we couldn't use it due to extreme dry and temp ban on campfires. Will use it next time! '

Hosts = amazing, location= secluded, deer in field, mountain view, accommodations= very nice and clean, over all experience= perfect, exactly what I was looking for and needed.'

'We loved staying here. The pool was the main draw for us, but the cottage was so cute and clean. Loved that there was a dishwasher and laundry facilities provided. Very peaceful!'

'We booked and the booking was canceled without any notification. Expedia refused to release host phone number. We were headed that way when I finally got out of them that THEY canceled the booking. They said it was due to none payment.....I called the bank. They never tried to pull the funds. My children and I would have been 3 hrs. from home in the dark trying to get in a house like common burglars if I had not got very angry and demanded to know why they were not releasing the host's...
