'Very good location near all Saltburn’s attractions, and the station a hundred yards away.The property is fully equipped (except for trays and a cafetière, the most eco-friendly method of making proper coffee), but the decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste.Some rooms, including the kitchen are poorly lit because of small windows and could use better lighting.'

'I wouldn't stay here again. WiFi was advertised but there was no WiFi. There was a router that wasn't connected to the internet and another that was connected to a phone socket but just flashed orange when we switched it on. After many messages to what seemed to be a chat bot we called the helpline and we're told the owner couldn't sort it during our stay. The kitchen equipment wasn't very clean with burnt food on the grill, dirty trays and cutlery and crockery with bits of food on them. The...
