'Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.'

'Incredible location - right next to the sea, round the corner from the train station, Sainsburys, and town centre. There's a playground opposite for kids of all ages. Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again.'

'Horrible washroom .. it’s not draining and started to spill out .. but stay was spacious and as described '

'Really nice place. Very interesting decor with lots to look at. Well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again. Reasonably priced and excellent location. Minutes to beach and restaurants. Thank you to the hosts.'

'Excellent all around will return'
