'There are three condos in this little building, and we were right in the middle. Our”neighbors” on both sides were friendly and even the maintenance man was cordial. We didn’t mind a bit, but if you are looking for private, there were a lot of people coming and going, so consider that. The location is superb, just a five-minute drive from all things downtown. 'Overall we (family of four + a dog) had a good stay here. The owner met us when we arrived and she was very nice. The location is great; close to a couple of good breweries and good food and a pretty easy drive into Asheville. Also 15-30 minutes to decent trails and waterfalls. 'This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus!
