'Two 70ish girlfriends found this property to just about be the perfect getaway. It was very clean, well located to getting into Philadelphia easily, and had onsite parking.We loved that we each had our bathrooms, however it must be noted that the guest bathroom is on a different level than the guest bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need to make a meal,but why cook when you can go out! There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom - great for enjoying a cup of tea...

'The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. '

'Cheryl and Don’s guest suite was perfect for a short stay exploring all that is offered by the Brandywine Valley. Although the suite does not have a kitchen, the mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect for our needs. The unit had many thoughtful touches, including bathrobes, extra toiletries, and small snacks. Muffins and coffee cream were provided for our first morning. 'The accommodations were spotless, bed was very comfortable, location excellent for Villanova U. The only issue, and it's a substantial one, is it is not an accommodation for 4, and there are no Murphy beds. The listing should explain that there is a blowup mattress in the closet if you're in need.'
