'A location full of history but you can see/feel that it is somewhat outdated. First room we were given had a very strong damp smell. Luckily the reception guys could find us another room. All in all a decent stay. Location is just beautiful. '

'I traveled to Palm Springs to attend the BNP Paribas Open. I chose Embassy Suites because they advertised a shuttle for drop off/pick up from BNP Paribas. And indeed there was - a big commuter bus that ran on time and frequently between the hotel and the tennis center. At one point, when it rained, a driver returned to pick us up at an off time! The hotel staff also printed the schedule of play somtimes the night before, which was quite helpful when trying to decide what matches to see the next...

'Good location off 10 freeway but far enough away to be quiet. Ok walking area on sidewalk along golf course and street. Dining options were walkable. Left a day early because of fire alarms issue about noon. Asked for credit and it was given. Staff were friendly and helpful. '
