The Space:
Experience ideal lakeside life at City Beach House—located in the highly sought after Fort Sherman neighborhood. Just steps from the City Beach, the resort area, Coeur d’Alene City Park and Fort Sherman Playground, this home is truly in a dream location. You’ll also be within easy walking distance to miles of public beaches and the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene. No car is needed when you stay here! But there is ample parking with the double garage and space for two more behind the house.

The home itself is just as alluring as the prime location. You’ll enjoy upgraded appliances and gorgeous furnishings throughout. With an open concept floor plan, a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, large sectional couch and TV seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. A large wooden table offers seating for 6 and the adjacent upgraded kitchen includes a large granite island with additional seating.

On this floor you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom plus another bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with a king bed and bathroom next to it. Another master suite bedroom with a queen bed is located upstairs and a studio behind the garage is equipped with a twin bunk beds and two other twin beds and a full bathroom. This is a fantastic area for the kids to gather and play!

A private fenced backyard with a BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating creates an ideal area to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or sit under the stars at night.

When you’re ready to take advantage of the incredible location, the options are endless. The downtown Coeur d’Alene area includes parks with playground equipment, miles of public beaches, a dog park, Tubbs Hill (suitable for a wide range of athletic abilities), shopping for all ages, a variety of fantastic dining options in all price ranges, and more!

Excellent location, beautiful home!
You won’t be sorry booking this gorgeous home! The location can’t be beat - mere blocks to gorgeous parks and sandy waterfront. Don’t want to leave the house? Then hang in the back equipped with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Only downsides were the images don’t quite depict how small the backyard is, and the “bunk room” is perfect for older kids but definitely not close enough to the main house for little kids. The kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Wonderful house, we’ll definitely be back!

We loved the location to the park & beach. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom & bath. There were a few things that could use some work, a few of the stools were very wobbly, some of the kitchen chairs were coming apart underneath, the door knob in the bunk room was not fully connected, but overall was a great house, we loved it.

What a perfect home for our family. Main house 4 bedrooms with huge master! Through courtyard is mother in law suite with 4 beds and bathroom - ideal for kids space. Perfect open space for family hang out, perfect kitchen open layout to living area. Walk thru park lovely to main lake area and restaurants only 10-15 mins. Parking in garage and behind house with helpful washer and drier! Morning coffee on front porch a must.

Beautiful house in an ideal location
This property worked perfectly for my large family. We have five kids, 5 and under, and nine adults. This house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location of this house could not be better. Fort Sherman park is a block away, the beach is about 3 blocks away and downtown is also a very short walk. We rarely used our cars. The house has a lovely fenced in patio. This made for a great place to gather on the warm evenings. We will definitely be coming back!

The home is close to downtown. Very walkable (when there isn’t too much snow). Next to an awesome park for the kids. The home is well furnished. There is a bunk room and bathroom off the garage, since you have to go outside to access it, it’s better for older kids or maybe some in laws. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful CDA House/Experience
This made a fantastic home base for our group’s weekend in CDA. Tremendous location just a short walk from downtown. House was very clean, well cared for, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Beds/bedrooms all comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone in the group. Highly recommend and we’ll certainly look to book again on our next trip to CDA!

Eight girl friends since grade school met at this home for four days. Coming from all over the country, everyone loved this home! Everything we needed was provided in this beautiful house. Family vacation in Coeur d’Alene.
Our family vacation was wonderful. My top rated would be location. The house was clean and updated. The kitchen had all of the pots pans that we needed. Three members of our family were unable to make so we didn’t have to use the outdoor extra room. The out door room is to warm otherwise it would have been nice to use it because it has a bathroom with a shower. We loved Coeur d’Aleve and will come again.

We loved the main house. It was beautiful and very clean. The bedroom in the garage with two twins and a set of bunk beds was nothing more than a storage closet with beds crammed in. There is no way 4 people could comfortably stay there. We pulled the mattresses off the bunk beds and put them in another room.That was our only issues with the rental..

A great place to stay for a small reunion of a couple families
We spent memorial weekend at this nice house located right at downtown CDL. The location is super convenient! The kitchen and dinning area is large enough for indoor gathering. The backyard is also nice for small outdoor activities. The whole setting is super great. We’re not quite satisfied with the bedrooms though. It’s not as big as what’s showing in the picture. The bed that is supposed to sleep two people can only fit one adult. The lower bed of the bunk bed is hard to squeeze in, even for a small child. It’s very hard for an adult to get inside. So the max capacity of the house should be around 9 to 10 if you want everyone has a comfortable sleep for a few nights. The bedding is not so clean either. It’s better to bring your own sheets in my opinion.
