Ontsnap naar het land ... diep in het hart van Aggieland! Het Rambling Ranch-House ligt in de buurt van het paardencentrum Stall and Oats, wat zorgt voor spannende avonden terwijl u naar de ruiters en paarden kijkt terwijl u ontspant op de afgeschermde veranda met een koud drankje.

Na een lange dag van festiviteiten, pak een stoel en roosteer s'mores bij de vuurplaats!

Onze extra grote keuken is versierd met een enorm eiland, twee wastafels, twee ovens, twee kookplaten, koffiezetapparaat, Keurig, koelkast, vriezer en zoveel aanrechtruimte, waardoor het bereiden van maaltijden een fluitje van een cent is! Volledig ingericht met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een familiemaaltijd als geen ander.

Op zoek naar veel ruimte voor het onderbrengen van alle gasten met privé-slaapruimtes, heeft onze 5700 vierkante voet twee verdiepingen tellende huis 5 slaapkamers, 3 volledige baden, 2 woonruimtes. Drie slaapkamers beneden en twee slaapkamers boven bieden u voldoende privacy. Als u op zoek bent naar kingsize bedden, hebben we er drie, allemaal in de slaapkamers beneden, plus al het beddengoed is fris en nieuw. 

Als de filmavond is waar het gezin naar op zoek is ... kijk dan naar de 60-inch tv in onze luxe lederen sectionele ruimte in de woonkamer beneden of de woonkamer boven met de lederen queensize slaapbank!

Pak een boek en ontspan 's ochtends met een kopje koffie. Kies uw eigen privéruimte op de afgeschermde veranda terwijl u kijkt naar de vogels of eekhoorns. Kom en geniet van alles wat het land te bieden heeft, boek geen vertraging bij ons vandaag!

Rambling Ranch-House is de perfecte setting voor weekenden in de speldag, diploma-uitreikingen, familiereünies, honkbalwedstrijden, Aggie Ring Day, Aggie Muster, bedrijfsevenementen of gewoon even wegkomen voor het weekend., Blijf bij ons en wandel door ons prachtige Texas A&M University campus, bezoek de George Bush Presidential Library of bezoek Hullabaloo Diner voor het beste ontbijt in Aggieland! (probeer de koekjes en jus ... mijn persoonlijke favoriet, YUMMO) Winkelen bij America's Country Store is ook een traktatie met veel speciale geschenken.

A Nice Family Retreat
The home is a great plan for a large group with lots of space and things to do. It's convenient to Texas A&M. The home has been extensively used and is pretty tired. Lots of deferred maintenance needs to be addressed.

A lovely home!
We loved the farmhouse feel and the beautiful country surroundings. The house had everything we needed. We had a lot of room to accommodate 3 generations of family for graduation weekend. The rental company/owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to our request to add a night to our stay. We would certainly stay there again!

The stay was wonderful! The kids and adults had a great time in the game room. The kitchen was laid out well with plenty of utensils and space to prep meals. 11 of us met from different locations! The property manager was very nice and helped us when we realized we left something behind.

College Station rental
Our 4 families had a fantastic time together over New Years Eve. The size of the house and the yard were perfect for our larger group. The reason I rated our stay at 4 stars were because of the following: -Check-in was at 4:00 and the cleaners were still there at 4:45. -The hot tub was not working the first day we got there. The owners came out the 2nd day to fix. It got warm by 9:45 that night. The owners were very friendly! -The picture of the backyard in the listing makes it seem much much bigger than it actually is. -We constantly had flies in the house. (Most likely because of our proximity to the horse stables.) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Christmas and Wedding Stay
A very good place for a large family gathering (we had 10 adults and 4 children). Nice country feel, but close to HEB, medical care (we had 3 of our family ill). Our only suggestions would be: a few more towels (kitchen and bath). We thoroughly enjoyed having so much room.

Family Christmas Celebrate
Our family of sixteen had a fabulous time at this spacious farmhouse built for fun and relaxation as well. We all enjoyed the Christmas deck inside and out. The grandkids especially enjoyed the game tables upstairs. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.

Great house for our family Christmas
This house worked out great for our family. The house was decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree, other decorations throughout the house and outside lights on the house and all the lights, inside and out, were on a timer which was really convenient. The kitchen is huge and well stocked which made preparing meals easy. There are three bedrooms downstairs with king beds and large enough to set up pack and plays and toddler beds and still have lots of room. Upstairs were two bedrooms with two beds each, a sofa that made into a bed and a nook area with a bed, everyone said their beds were very comfortable. Also upstairs was an air hockey game and foosball table. We had really good weather while we were there so the kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the adults enjoyed sitting on the wrap around pouch. The grandsons used the hot tub one day and enjoyed it. The living room is also roomy with a very comfortable sofa which several naps were taken on. We had plans to use the firepit but never were able to work it into our schedule. Also one day we went to Santa's Wonderland which was well worth it. This was a great place to stay and the owners and property managers were great to work with. Our family had a Great Christmas, thank-you for allowing us to use your home.

Great house for large groups
This was a great house for our group of 14 - which included six kids under the age of four. All of the beds were comfortable and we had enough blankets, towels, pillows, for all. The firepit was a lot of fun especially with the cold front. Would stay here again for another weekend.

Wonderful rental!
This is a great home for a large group. We came in to town with for the football game, a group of three families with several kids. The home is beautiful, conveniently located to get to town quickly, comfortable beds, great kitchen area and room for everyone. We will come back for future visits!

A Pleasant Stay overall
We had a nice get together.Everything was well organized except couple of things. The only reason I cant give you 5 star is , The hot tub was not working and the grill was not working as well.The grill was not used for long time and we saw a nest of wasp there.We loved the kitchen ,hall and all the bed rooms.The advice to management would be to make sure all the amenities work before they rent it out.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there!
Everything was in good condition. The hot tub was out of working order, but these things sometimes happen. The only real problem was the property was on your website as wheelchair accessible, but it was not unless you had some equipment with you to make it so.....We had a portable ramp and a bathroom chair with us, so we made it work. I expressed my concerns to the booking agent and they were very apologetic and contrite, saying they would change that. All in all, as usual our experience was acceptable and we had a good stay.
