'The buffet was awful. Very limited options, food did not look fresh. Some of the trays were empty yet it was still early. There was only one staff member for the entire buffet. While the bar area was great, there was one security guard who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were not approached to be given any warning of our group being loud, which we were not. But she stood across from us in the stairway of the bar, pointed and yelled at us telling us we had 1 more outburst before...

'I came here with my son for his fall break. We loved it. The hotel is very close to mountain town and the gondola, so many amazing hikes near by (Maybe a 3 minute walk) The free spa and gym were nice. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was that the beds were hard, But I am a little high maintenance so others might find them just fine. I would absolutely stay again. I loved the views and I love Telluride. We will be back to ski next time '
