We arrived at the hotel around 8 o’clock went to the room tried to turn the light on. It didn’t come on and recognize that we had a single bed when I asked for a double occupation. Went back to the front desk and tow the front desk that we asked for a double bed, not a single bed. He told me at the time that they were sold out and could not move us. Then I went back to the room and called Expedia to explain to them what had happened then to find out once we got the lights on that the room was not even cleaned at all. There was a hairball stuck on the wall on another wall. There was a hole which I tried to hide behind a painting the telephone had mole on the surface of it. The walls were molded. The floors felt like someone had poured all on it. Went to use the bathroom. There were urine all over the top toilet seat and the tub look like someone spread it species on it. I showed the front desk the room and he didn’t even apologize for wanting to put us in the room we ended up having to try to find an Airbnb at 9 o’clock at night. It was not successful at finding one and finally around 11 o’clock at night. We ended up going to the best Western to find a room. It was a busy weekend there and we were up visiting our daughter. Who’s in school. I was very disappointed at the service that I received from them and from Expedia.
We talked to somebody that worked with Expedia and they were no help either. We were so discussed it with the room and the service. We did not want to stay
