'We are originally from the area and came into town for a much-needed visit with friends and for the Tigers opening day. The house met our needs. It was clean and possessed the quirky charm of an older home having been modernized to match modern expectations. Our biggest concern was that the property is NOT in University District as is advertised. It is several blocks away. 'Family and friends gathered back home in MI for a couple different family functions over the weekend. The house was perfect, as pictured but larger than expected with a wonderful amount of space. House was clean and kitchen and laundry were well stocked. Colby is a great host, with clear check in instructions and was easily accessible for questions. The backyard was also a pleasant space to hang out day and night. I would only have 2 recommendations; more hangers in the guest rooms and the rug...

'My coworkers and I really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There are lots of amenities to take advantage of in the house such as games, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely backyard space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and the house as a whole is tastefully put together to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. The house is located close to direct routes to go anywhere in the greater Detroit area. The host was very welcoming and responsive as well. 10/10 would stay here again!'

'My friends and I attempted to stay here for one night. As we went to go to bed, we realized two beds had dirty sheets. We left and went to a hotel right away to selep. I messaged the host immediately and he responded quickly and kindly. We got a refund and he was very apologetic. The only downfall is the parking situation. You have to do a 3 point turn to get out of the parking space. It is on an intersection and the smaller the car, the better.'

'We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay near relatives and found this charming home in Berkley that fit our needs. Home has been updated with nice amenities in the kitchen and includes off street parking. It’s conveniently located to near by restaurants in walking distance. I recommend this place to others.'

'My daughter and I arrived to find that one of the beds had not been made, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. A book with information about the residence ( Wi-Fi password, TV instructions, how to use the gas stove, etc.) would have been most helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of casserole dishes but no skillet or other useful pans. The location was in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood.'
