'Stayed 3 nights. Cabin is well supplied and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the national forest nearby including Falling Waters road and waterfalls, richland creek valley, the Nars, Mcelroy Gap Rd, and other places'

'We did a short getaway to celebrate a wedding anniversary and 50th birthday! The house is great! Very clean with spectacular views. It was a little hard to find. I would try to arrive before dark. GPS does not take you directly there….look for blue street sign 3050. The house was lit up and we still passed it up. I would suggest that a more visible marking be placed in front of the house. The beds were amazing!!! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the full size bed to at least a queen….it...

'The home was very clean and comfortable. Stayed with my adult son, two friends, and one of his sons while we hiked at Buffalo National River. Was a perfect place to stay!'

'We rented one cabin while different family members rented the other cabins. It worked great for us to enjoy the area and have some extended family time to celebrate my MIL’s birthday. Beautiful location. '

'Our family of four traveled to Arkansas for a weekend getaway. The house was as listed. The only issue we had were the sheets on the king size bed. The fitted sheet would not stay tucked and we were retucking it during the middle of the night. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and it allowed our family to make great memories. '

'Their property is beautiful, and the house is so nice and cozy and laid out so well. We were all able to use the kitchen and cook and just enjoy ourselves. The weather was perfect. Thank you so much.!!'

'Very relaxing! Great view of the valley. Saw a bald eagle land in the field and walk around, lots of squirrels too. New furniture and very comfy beds. Highly recommend '

'This property provided a great getaway. The secluded location was excellent and provided a great escape from the normal day-to-day.'

'Your property was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we were hoping for!!! It was nice and clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only two things were we couldn’t get connected to the WiFi so had no cell service. Sunday morning we rebooted the WiFi and was able to connect. People need to be aware of the driveway…we have a 4x4 truck so we had no problem, but my son had issues in his car. Thanks again for sharing your home and allowing us to have a great getaway weekend!!'

'This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ratterman Ranch and it just gets better each time. Absolutely beautiful home and property. We had such a wonderful time floating the Buffalo and just spending time on this gorgeous property. Trudy is fantastic and always promptly replies. We plan to visit again this fall for a hike. Truly an amazing property.'

'This looks brand new, clean. The view is amazing a lot of hiking near by. You have to drive aways for grocery and restaurants but we ate at the house most of the time the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils. There is a charcoal grill but no utensils for the grill fortunately we brought our own because that is usually the cause when you stay at a house. We would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Fantastic view! Older home needs a bit of work. Pretty strong smell of moldew and mold inside. Very limited pots and pans for cooking. Outside could use some Cleaning and maintenance. The hottub was a nice addition. The view the view the view!! maintenance and cleaning. '
