'We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use. Only issue was that the great huge jacuzzi tub water was not hot enough to enjoy - perhaps the hot water was used by other guests?! '

'The property manager was super responsive via text and even got us into our room early after a tour was moved to later in the day. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious! It’s located in the heart of downtown. You park on the street but the boat pays for it. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine upon arrival and given a gorgeous full breakfast delivered to our room the next day! Wow! I wish all stays were this indulgent! '

'A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?'
