'0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though.'

'The location is amazing. It is nestled 2/3 of the way up a mountain. You definitely need 4 wheel drive to reach this location. Don't book it unless you have this or access to 4 wheel drive. The home was decently equipped. A weekend in the mountains was almost perfect. The owner made great area recommendations. The owner is a great communicator in both Spanish and English. The cons - the kitchen was a little messy when we arrived. This happens and would not deter me from renting here again....

'This property was NOT ready for guests to occupy it. It was unclean, the air conditioning did not function. The swimming pool was dirty. The kitchen had dead insects lying all about. 'We had a great stay at La Casita de Charo 1. The cabin is spacious with great views of the Constanza valley bellow. Each room had its own private bathroom wich was welcomed. The Cabin attendant, Jose and his wife we extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.
