It could use some touch ups-bathroom door frame &walls, bathroom floor, the bedding was very wrinkled and comforter had “balls” wadding of inner stuffing. 'If you are looking for a super-clean place to stay that is reasonable (esp. for San Diego), and walking distance to transportation and Old Town, Mark's place is it. Mark is a wonderful communicator and everything is as advertised. I needed to change my reservation, and he was great about that. Everything was spic and span.
