'Super dejligt hotel og god service. Stort lækker værelse, god morgenmad og nemt at komme til og fra centrum med taxa. Spa-området var skønt og med gode drinks. Da vi skulle hjem sørgede hotellet for kørsel midt om natten uden beregning samt goodiebag med sandwiches, frugt og yoghurt til turen. '

'Made a confirmed booking on Hotels.com. Received a call from the manager on the day to confirm booking. When i arrived at 8pm, the manager had left and was very impolitely told that no rooms were available by the reception. I stated i had booking, and was told "we are full, leave the building". Shpwed proof of booking and payment, but was told "its not my problem".
