'We last stayed at Casa Florecitas 3 years ago, and I knew I wanted fo return someday because the casita is so charming & the hosts are so kind. This time I returned with my daughter for a fun mom-daughter weekend in Santa Fe. The casita was great again - perfect for all our needs- and Zandra was so nice and accommodating as we had some rental car trouble and needed a tow truck to come pick up our car. Definitely recommend this spot!'

The hosts welcomed us and were prompt to answer a couple of questions, but afterward everything we needed was in place. A walking trail was two blocks away, and we wished the weather had allowed us to enjoy it more. 'This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe, especially if you are coming for the natural scenery. The owner does warn you in advance- the drive up the mountain is intimidating. We had an all wheel drive vehicle and I suggest (as does he) the same for anyone else. On our last morning it snowed on the mountain. 'Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet.
