'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'The apartment needed some updates in the bathroom. Fixtures were older. Rust on ceiling vents etc. Would be nice to have full length mirror available. Kitchen was nice to have. We had some confusion getting to the right parking area in the garage but after we figured it out all was okay. '

'Family met here the weekend before Christmas from all over Texas and Missouri. Beautiful countryside. All of the houses were clean and immaculate just as described. Plenty of room for 21 of us.You won’t be disappointed'

'Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...

'Kasa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It definitely felt like a home away from home. All we needed to get outside of what was offered at Kasa was our own food. I would stay here again if I come back to this area. I stayed with my wife and 8 month old. '

'Had a great time. 6 female work colleagues/friends stayed just one night. House had ample sleeping space for all of us, was clean and had ample towels, etc. Definitely recommend this property!'
