'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great! '
