Avonturenhotels in Dallas

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Nice property. Seems very well suited for conferences. The walk from the room to the parking garage was a but much especially being at the very end of the hall on our floor. Planes were flying over all day but not too loud. I wish there were more dining options. Two of the three restaurants were closed the two days we were there but was able to find good spots nearby. '

'Everything was nice about the my only complaint is that the carpet in the rooms needed to be cleaned. Lots of what i presumed to be coffee stains in the carpet.'

'They handled a situation upon our first night there quickly and offered us breakfast coupons (linens had not been changed were mysteriously “wet” in the middle of the bed!). They immediately sent up entire change of linens and were very apologetic.'
