Welcome to your temporary home! You’ll know you made the right choice as soon as you set eyes on this beauty. The stunning light brick exterior sparkles in the sun with the charming yellow front door hinting at the warmth that this home exudes. Feel free to park on the circular front driveway or in the garage at the back. Inside, soothing neutrals lend a modern and relaxing atmosphere to the home so you’ll immediately feel at ease. Tons of space combined with natural light flowing in through the large windows and skylights makes the entire place feel bright and airy!

With beautiful wall molding and high vaulted ceilings, the front living room features a fireplace, TV, comfy sectional sofa, and stunning interior décor making it both relaxing and luxurious. You’ll love hanging out in here as a group! The gorgeous, bright kitchen features fresh white cabinets, lots of space on the gleaming countertops, a 5-burner cooktop, and built-in stainless-steel appliances. It’ll be a pleasure to cook in your dream kitchen under the skylight with everything you could possibly need right at hand. The attached breakfast/dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh meal under the beautiful architectural canopy ceiling. The kitchen opens onto the den area with bar stools at the kitchen window providing another spot to eat. The den features another TV, a dart board, and a pool table. As you can see, there’s no shortage of space and options for hanging out in this house!

You’ll have loads of room to spread out and sleep comfortably in the 5 spacious bedrooms, beautifully furnished and equipped with top-quality furniture and linens. Located in exciting northeast Dallas, we are just 25 minutes away from downtown Main Street and DFW airport. Our location allows you to pick and choose your daily activities. Nature is readily available, and so is the bustling downtown life!

You’ll be just 20 minutes from White Rock Lake, the perfect place for paddle boarding, running, and enjoying the Dallas sun. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. Plus, you’ll be close to the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower — it looks especially spectacular at night!

Closer to your temporary neighborhood, you’ll be just 10 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★

We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
