An enchanting guest suite with 2 fully furnished bedrooms and a full bathroom plus a lovely furnished porch with breathtaking golf course views! Sit on the porch in total tranquility and drink a glass of wine. The suite is Furnished with a medium size fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The guest suite is an independent but attached part of a larger structure so nothing is shared between the two. A foyer separates the guest suite from rest of the property. There’s complete privacy and security. You won’t see anyone as it is self check-in. There is no KITCHEN. Two independent rooms are connected through a small hallway with a full bathroom in between. The guest suite is 5-10 minutes lovely drive to best beaches and resorts in Orange County . Comfortable, clean, peaceful, cozy and safe with an enchanting view & a big furnished terrace for a bargain price. Plenty of free Street parking available. No parking on the premises. If a child is older than 2 please book as an extra guest. If the number of the guests including children is different from the number of guests booked, you will lose your reservation without refund. Please be accurate! It was unfortunate that at one point we got visited by a mentally disturbed person who came here expecting heliport, pool and spa and since she couldn’t find it, gave us a terrible rating claiming description was NOT accurate. 😎 Although We convinced VRBO otherwise but as bureaucracy goes, we couldn’t remove that venomous review. Unfortunately there’s no guarding against crazed folks except good judgement of our guests.

Weekend getaway
The property was clean, there was extra material in the restroom for use. The owner was great at getting us extra toilet paper when we asked. There was complimentary cookies and drinks which was nice. The room on the left did get very hot but the room on the right was good.

Not just good, excellent!
Thanks for your review: Not just good, fabulous! This place is a bargain. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet & safe place with a magnificent view and convenient location this place is a bargain for you. It’s not luxury though and it’s not priced for luxury. This was my second visit here and some of the reviews had me worried. But I found them to be all baseless and biased. The guest suite is part of a larger structure but it’s completely private and secure. I didn’t met anyone while staying. It’s self check-in. The terrace view is really the prize here, very charming and refreshing. The host is very responsive and generous. If I’m in the area again, this would be my first choice.

The host felt his directions were very clear, but we found them incomplete. He helped on the phone but not happy with us. Nice golfcourse view, however the one bed was just "on the floor"...no bedframe which made it difficult to get in and out for a senior adult. Otherwise fine as we were only there to sleep and wanted to be near Laguna Beach which we were. Thank You.

Having stayed at over 20 VRBO’s, I can say that this was by far the worst. While the check in and check out was easy and the spaces clean, the other issues were worse than what would be considered good. This was not a VRBO, but truly just 2 rooms plus a bathroom. The air conditioning did not work. There was some kind of tube coming from a window which did not allow for the window covering (shutters) to be shut. Consequently, the person in that room slept with a light shining (parking lot lights) right into the pillow area of the bed. The lock to the door to the rooms was a metal flip lock, the kind with a hook. Not very safe. The other side of the condo appeared to be in use so safety was a big issue. The steps down to the main front door did not have automatic lights, so a fall risk was there. Guests were not allowed to: park in the parking area, but had to park on the street then walk down a flight of stairs to just get into the development, walk the grounds, or use any of the amenities, such as pool or laundry rooms. None of which was disclosed in the listing. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a major disappointment.

Great little hideaway
The two-BR unit with a private patio overlooking the golf course was a perfect place to stay while attending the weekend events of a wedding. It's a short drive to Laguna Beach, the beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, and communication with the host was excellent and clear. I highly recommend it!

Sketchy rental
The “kitchenette”was only a hotel refrigerator and microwave. Mugs and wine glasses were provided, but no way to wash them. Only water was in bathroom sink. There was no soap or body wash in the shower. Extra toilet paper had to be requested. Manager was very nice and prompt with requests. I felt like we were the first guests that have stayed there. Pleasant patio area with great view of golf course.

Great location near restaurants and beaches. Fantastic views. Safe and peaceful and a very attentive and friendly host. For two rooms it's a bargain.
