'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'I chose this hotel mainly because of the location ; close to the Tri-Rail Station for daily travel and also the free Tri-Rail shuttle to Fort Lauderdale airport. Staff work hard at this very busy short stay / transit hotel. Check-in / Check-out can get very busy if tour groups are staying / leaving. 'We were disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. There were what seems to have been blood drops stains on the headboard of the bed. The staff when we checked in was very polite and helpful. The staff at the « restaurant » was very pleasant. But in the underhand, when we checked out, we had the impression that we were disturbing the person at the front the desk …and she was not very helpful.'
